About me
I’m a synthetic biologist, entrepreneur, and speaker passionate about turning breakthrough science into real-world solutions.
As founder of Amplicon Advisors, I work with biotech organizations, startups, and investors to accelerate the commercialization of novel biotechnologies. My consulting focuses on strategy, fundraising, regulation, and storytelling to help innovators build ventures that scale and create impact.
Previously, I served as Chief Innovation Officer at Gourmey, where I led the company’s transition from R&D to production and spearheaded the first-ever regulatory submission for cultivated meat to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). I earned my Ph.D. in synthetic biology and microbiology at Université Paris Cité/INSERM, developing a platform for antibiotic discovery published in Nature Communications. Before that, I studied biotechnology at Delft University of Technology and Leiden University in the Netherlands.
During my studies, I co-founded Science Matters to train researchers in science communication and have played leading roles in shaping the global deep-tech ecosystem through initiatives like Hello Tomorrow, iGEM, and France Deeptech. As a faculty member at Singularity University, I challenge leaders to rethink what is possible at the frontier of biotechnology.
Today, I speak internationally about the opportunities and challenges of biotechnology.
